                                                                              I received a response to my support email. There was an issue with Shaw cable earlier today. Not a Phatserver problem but it did effect access for some locations.

                                                                                  That was prob the probelm because i only noticed a small decrease in actual load, so someone was always getting through, and i was connecting thru shaw when i saw my sites down
