Finally in Phoenix! Places to go?

Well, I finally completed my move to Tempe and have settled in (for the most part). From my previous thread it seems like there's a lot of people here living in Phoenix. After Internext I plan to schedule a tour of the CCBill offices (thanks to corvett for the invitation!) but was wondering..

Are there any other cool places to check out in town? Not necessarily related to the industry.. just neat places or hotspots?

Also, what are the names of the local papers here that I should place ads in?

Amateur content producer. Professional complainer.

Casey Moores 9th and Ash in Tempe
Dos Gringos Tempe or Scottsdale
Phoenix New Times or Az Republic for ad placement

if you are in tempe, i would hit the neighbors first

If you need a good company for check writing services, then check out checkissuing, and for webhosting, check out Phoenix NAP

i would meet the neighbors first, see what they are like. living in tempe is like living in a community see what your neighbors are like before you hit any clubs/bars

Babe's Cabaret in Scottsdale. Small place, but FINE babes.

DO go to:
Casey Moore's
Dos Gringos
4 Peaks Brewery
Sail Inn (For local bands)
Minder Binder's

DON'T go to
The Library (PENIS FARM)
Ziggy's (LAME)
The Sets (Unless you want to hit on my ex gf)

minder binders is a cool place to party. I would hit some of the clubs down off of mill ave...there are all within walking distance.

Scottsdale has alot of clubs in the corridor...bar on top of bar.

Babes Cabarte is good, I like the highlighter better than babes. I take that back I like them both!!!!

I totally agree with the above. Casey's is a very cool neighborhood pub, and there's always an eclectic, cool crowd. Sail Inn is just down the street from my ghettofabulous porno studio; if you ever wanna see a Spunkmouth/JOMG.com shoot, hit me up!
