Ugh, well after reading the thread Mariah referred to on another board, seems she was coming at this from a webmaster's perspective after all and not as a performer. What's interesting is that livebucks initially made it clear that they absorb all chargebacks. However in this situation, after the customer ran up a ton of charges over several weeks, they decided not to payout Mariah and freeze her account for 3 months while the bank investigates. I can understand the holding off paying her if there was fraud involved, but what seems like bullshit is that livebucks claims they were only going to pay her out at the 20% scale instead of 40% because the majority of her earnings were from one customer.
