    Where will our Sites Be

in 100 years, it feels funny when you think about it, could you imagine if your site was still getting sign ups in 100 years or it was still called the same name or it had been passed on four or five times to whoever you left it to after you passed away. Strange.

Never mind 100 years, I only sold my first business 25 years ago and I have already seen a host of changes.

First it was turned into a (part) franchise setup. The logo and colors were kept for a while, so I began spotting "my" vehicles all over the UK and a few years later I saw on the 'Net there were operations as far away as Manilla and in Africa.

They retained the logo through a color change, but it was still a kick when toy makers Corgi made a diecast model of one of the vans. And finally the business was sold again, this time to Deutsche Post. Since that happened, I'm not even sure the brand is still used, or if so, how it is presented.
