    Needs to know most of popular languages, experience in a lot projects including affiliate program, webmaster skills , software development and needs to be dedicated for the success of the company.

        salary 3k and benefits are fun environment to work, right minded people, very big growth potential for the company which will benefit the programmer as well by increasing the salary + can control the programmers/designers as the site becomes more successful. Not only that, the company values the programmer in good faith and will bring the programmer to trip every once in awhile

          Hrmmm....Maybe its just Seattle...But 3k with no benefits doesnt go very far in obtaining top talent. I'd say look for a no-degree self-taught person who does freelance and wants to take it to the next level with a full-time position. Lots of people like that out there that will grow while the company grows
