Quite a few bombing raids over germany (eg Dresden), killed more in a single attack than the atom bomb
Most of the 20 million deaths in the USSR were caused by Stalin in the great purges the german army only killed about 2 million....(all in all Communisim has killed over 100 million since it started.)
Rwanda killed several million (the Iraq war hasn't even come close, even by the most left wing/anti-american standards)
There have also been quite a few natural disasters (earthquakes, typhoons, etc...) that have killed quite a bit more than 100k
Having said all that.....I still sent money to the Red Cross today.....that situation is HORRIBLE.

Russia didn't win WWII. Yes, they held the Eastern front, and they sure did loose more lives by far than any other country. But keep in mind that American supplied Russia through out the war, and landed on D-Day when we were never really attacked by Germany.
