    Transferring Email Files...

My new box came in on Saturday so I'm starting to transition over to it. How do I transfer my Outlook Express files from this computer over to my new one?

    Thanks!

Sly I have done that before. If I remember correctly the way I did it was just copied the mail folder from the old folder to any folder on your new computer then use the import feature on Outlook Express. It has been awhile but that it is the procedure I used I think.

So basically just Export from this box, transfer to new box, and then Import?

Sly, read my message in this thread

          http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showth...threadid=67306

All u do at the end, is copy the data back, and point the location to where u copied it

If u want to back up email accounts, simply go to the accounts section and export

If u want to back up Mail rules thats a little more complicated.. but not too hard.. let me know if u need to do that

          cheers
