    I am scared of the Vegas show; very scared, in fact.

    I am scared of the Vegas show; very scared, in fact.

    I haven't had a cigarette or any form of nicotine in 2 weeks. This is the first time I've gone so long cold-turkey. I want so bad to quit. There are going to be 20,000 smokers at the Mandalay.

                                      Well, i quit when I did because I just spent 3 weeks snowboarding up in Whistler. I haven't struggled too much. Those first couple of days were murder but I've been ok since. I still have 30-60 minutes a day where I'm just real stressed.

                                      I smoked from 12 to 32. I really don't remember what it is like to be a non-smoker.

Asked a doctor once why I could run 10-12 miles with average of 8 minutes per mile and he laughed saying you are using different air passages and don't let it fool you. Wish I was smart enough or had the will power to take his advice.

It worked... I mean I was able to quit and all for 3 months or so, but then I started back again. I can't tell if the laser really helped me to quit or not though. I've always been able to quit without a problem. I have pretty strong willpower. The only thing that gets me smoking again is that I have to have a cigarette when I drink.
