I pay $15 per to DirectNic. There are cheaper registars but their extra features and reliability are worth every cent extra and there have been numerous times I am glad I stuck with them. One click lock all domains comes to mind

yahoo is cheap...but...wouldnt use ém. Something sneaky about them, and they dont have all the features needed so far.
