We have money to invest.

Depending on the project the money is certainly there to invest in ventures, as are the resources including teams of graphic designer, programmers and marketers in the MensNiche team. 7 figures are available.

I am looking to meet up with people/teams in Vegas to discuss investing in their projects, obviously all projects will be treated with confidentiality. In Florida we invested in 2 big non-xxx projects and wish to continue this trend (they can be XXX related or not).

I wont be in Vegas and I dont need any resources (designers, programmers, etc), but for a $100k investment I will create a hands off business doing at least $1 million per year revenue (high profit margins). It will take approx 3 months to 1 year to get up to the $1 million per year revenue mark.

BTW many of my projects will be a combination of offline and online. Many can be advertised on TV or print and be very profitable.

why would you need an investor to take a large % of the profit if you make so much with AAC ?

Who said I would LET an investor take a large % of the profit?
You think multi million dollar corporations dont get loans to expand? There is only so much money to re-invest and so many opportunities to make tons of money. Its easy as fuck. If I had $10 million of my own to throw down I would still be looking for more to invest in other projects.

I'd like to start a franchiseable chain of brothels. We could call it Wolf & Darren's! I will need about a $3 million dollar investment so I can put about 30 top notch hoes on salary in 2 locations.

This could be bigger than McDonalds. As a side we could upsell cocaine and ecstacy in the back rooms of the brothel. We're talking about an estimated $50 million dollar a year business. Sure, legality is an issue but we can work it all out.

We can put the first ones in Soho (get it, SoHO) in New York and London.

Don't take a chance with anything else. Invest wisely in the safest growth industries in all of homo sapien history sex & drugs!
