If you use stats remote just hit the $$$/Sale column and see who is near the top. This month:
Totem cash and medium pimpin are there. They are also there for the year. Lightspeed is a little lower this month as I hit them hard but for the year they are running in the over $30 per sign up.

Look for CCBill Solo Sites that feature hot girls & TONS of interaction - they have pretty much hands-down the best retention. Also big video megasites that update often seem to do very well.
With that said, keep your eye out for new solo site owners launching an affiliate program.
Check out Phil-Flash, TNACash, PanchoDog and LightspeedCash. They are easily the niche leaders, and you will most likely be happy with your results.

PimpRoll has the best retention I have seen from any of the other big sponsors.
Example:
