we can talk details all day long but we both know the service wouldnt exist without the direct promotion of known copyright material.
I didnt send them a dmca , i just posted an example of some names they might wanna remove from their search engine as a suggestion.. Its a pretty safe bet 99% of the names on that list content that showed up would NOT be posted by the copyright holder..
Its pretty simple , you cant host content you dont have permission from the copyright holder.. they can simply remove the names from that list that they DO have permission from the copyright holder to post.. ( cough cough ) if they want..
We both know its fairly obvious that the program would be basically unsellable without advertising items that are copyright directly beside it..
