I drink coffee in spurts.
I've noticed that black coffee helps me supress my appetite a bit better. I can eat lighter meals with caffiene as a part of my diet.
I suppose like anything else, balance is important.
Since I've been working out and eating right, I'm drinking more fluids, mostly water and a bit of coffee.

I imported a family of South American Lemurs.
I feed them each 4.5lbs of rare volcanic coffee beans only harvested on the 4th full moon of the year.
After they shit out the beans, they are kept at a constant 72 degrees for 4 weeks.
Only then are they ready for processing.

I love coffee. And tea. I drink one or two cups of coffee in the morning, and tea in the afternoon and evening. On weekends I'll go out to Starbucks and treat myself to a latte. I also have an espresso machine so I can make my own lattes.
I've lived all across the country and found coffee companies in various states that I still purchase from. (Coffee is like my wine or something.
) Such as Peaberry Coffee who I discovered when I lived in Colorado, and Montana Coffee Traders who I discovered when I lived in Idaho.
My favorites from Peaberry are Hazelnut Cream and Macadamia Nut. My favorite from Coffee Traders is Monteverde Sunrise. Starbucks has a coffee called Viennese Blend that is one of my all time favorites. And my Whole Foods store has a coffee called Costa Rica blend that is also an all time favorite of mine.
For tea you simply must try Adagio. They have all sorts of teas... black, green, black, rooibos. Very very good.
Uhm, yeah... that was a long post about coffee and tea.

I love coffee.At one point in time i really liked what most places pass off as coffee but is really just sugar with coffee flavor.I moved to Key West after visting there for years and really got to enjoy some locally roasted coffee made by a Key West based coffee company.It was and still is the best coffee ive ever had.I still order it from them every month.Plus there was all the other tiny cuban coffee places that roasted their own beans.
I also prefer it black or with very litle cream/half n half.None of that flavored stuff unless the coffee is flavored.
