Issue with Chio's "payment gateway"

I have no beef with Chio, I just found issue with his upcoming "payment gateway". Here is what I found.

On December 9 2005 Chio made a thread, https://gfy.com/fucking-around-and-business-discussion/549978-yargh-business-remake-paypal-epassporte.html, which he states "My paypal system after a year of solid coding/designing/planning/investing should be complete within the next month."

It still hasnt been released so I decided to find out what it was. With a simple search of "chio the pirate" on google I found BlingBlog, http://www.bligblog.com/2005/03/28/9/chio-the-pirate/, and on the index, http://www.bligblog.com/, there is the text link "Bliggle! An excellent alternative to paypal". When you click it to go to Bliggle, http://www.bliggle.com.

The payment site Bliggle, http://bliggle.com/, which is registered to the address:
Bliggle.com Inc.
840 SW 28th Terrace, Ste 1752
Cape Coral, FL
33914

US

Has the same address as Chio's site Sharky Farts, http://www.sharkyfarts.com:
Deck Swabbers Inc.
820 SW 28th Terrace Suite 1752
Cape Coral, FL 33914
US

So I assume that is Chio's payment gateway.

By adding "/images" to bliggle.com you get a listing of its images -> http://www.bliggle.com/images/ which results in images like:
http://www.bliggle.com/images/selling_tools.gif - contains the word "cuPaid", which is a term used in cuSell, http://www.cusell.com/cusell/?x=help...a95c 8f69643e
http://www.bliggle.com/images/start_img.gif - which is the same image, except in orange, found at http://www.cusell.com/members/?x=start&
http://www.bliggle.com/images/fam.gif - which is the same image at http://www.cusell.com/cusell/?x=home

I can go on with the images...

So it seems that Bliggle, Chio's Payment Gateway, is actually using cuSell, http://www.cusell.com/order.html, software you buy starting at $150.

The issue I have is security, the security that must be had when you ask for someone's private information like credit card information, and frankly I doubt that a $150 piece of software can offer the security people receive from epassporte and paypal.

If there are issues with my post then I ask Chio to clarify.
