Mailers I need some help

I had a mad half hour yesterday and bought a massive email list

It seems ok, I sent out 50K with a php prog I use for small opt in mailers I own..... It seemed to handle it ok, but I wouldnt like to try anymore than that, it would crap itself

My question is what can I use to get them out.... It would have to be remote server based, so I think Darkmailer is out.

Any ideas?? Cheap buttletproof hosting offers etc

I was even thinking of cleaning up the list and reselling

What do you think??

set up a remote server somewhere and use dm to mail it out whats the prob?

use remote desktop or vnc.. what are you trying to mail out?

Yeah - get a windows box, get GOOD proxies, mail it out remotely

Lots of us can get you windows boxes if you use good proxies

If he knows anything he wouldnt laugh or at least he would be more responsible. I have 5 webmasters on my icq with pending trials and there are over 200 john doe cases. The average gfy mailer can't handle a portion of the cost of an average lawyer. Sponsors pass your personal data due to subpoenas on daily basis and most of you don't even know that. Now that's the funny.

It's all good up to the moment some real heat knocks your door. If you are based in States and you mail good luck cause you might needed. If you think to start now mail forget it, go steal a car, it will be easier and less risky. There are so many ways to make money on the web without risking your ass, but most here are not smart enough to figure them out neither capable to operate them.

Why would the JD waste time and resources trying to nail people when it will result in a thrown out case?

and? O.J. Simpson is free too, did you see prosecutions stop? All I'm saying is be more responsible and take wise decisions. Balance risk and benefits, unless we deal with desperate financial people. I had talked to wannabe mailers showing suprise when they learn people get sued for that. If you are like oh look this guy make $500 in a day! I saw a screenshot of his stats wow (yeah big deal), let's do the same, seems easy..... you won't go that far as business person. Just my 2 cents

Soul Rebel is telling the truth. The truth isn't going to stop anyone from mailing though and we all know that. If you are still proxy mailing it's time to find out how to compile lists that you can safely mail direct.

I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...
