Is PR updated completely now?

doubtful because not all the DCs have changed pr yet and even now it looks like some of the changes might be old data.

They had a small 'rollback' on some of the dc's prior to the update starting so some sites have 3 different sets of pr now depending on the DC viewed

As you know though it'll probably all settle down within a day or 3 with the new stuff.
