Need Dedicated Hosting - What's Your Offer?

I want to transfer appox. 200 sites to a new host. This is what I want:
Dedicated, managed server
400Gb/mo.
Some separate IP's
MySQL set up
Weekly backups
Some custom script setup

I don't want to "check sig's". I have a good offer from a great host, but I am just "shopping around" a little.
