    American women: why are you so fucking fat?

    Just exactly what don't you understsnd about the following equation:

    If calories burned > caloric intake then body weight decreases.

    This is a matter of scientific fact, not an opinion or theory that can be argued, disputed, or debated.

    No number of excuses about thyroid problems, being "big boned" will get around it. And no matter how many times you watch Oprah...no matter how many diet books you buy from Dr. Phil....no matter how many times you blame your husband/boyfriend for damaging your "self-esteem" because they pointed out that your fat gut is not exactly turning them on, you will never lose weight unless you eat less (reduce caloric input) and exercise more (increase caloric output).

Post pics of yourselves skinny fucks and I am sure we can all find some fault you have as well. Besides, 5'6 125lbs at 30 isn't exactly fat. I can still do splits and kick ass at any sport.

                                                                                                                                                                  Why pick on just the women? Is it OK for the Men to be overweight meat heads? Maybe if they got their beer belly fat asses off the couch and went outside every now and then and did the shopping and cleaning their wives would be more motivated to look better.

                                                                                                                                                                  The point of the matter is: Many people simply do not take care of themselves. Americans eat shitty cheap food and do everything in excess. They dont care about the rest of the world because they dont care about themselves. It's a sickness.
