That is funny, but not only backlinks give a website PR. www.tribe69.com/links.php has PR1 and some clips have PR.

Sorry, but in all its not worth much. Being top in search engines like baidu.com doesn't mean anything. The domain itself isn't worth anything, the "tribe" part just kills it for porn searchers. Sometimes you spend more making a site then its worth in end.

Have the website btw based on www.adultvideoscript.com, so that should make it more worth ain't it?

If I was you, I would work on building it up in google traffic for some decent keywords first, then give sale a try with a fixed price. Don't buy backlinks, get some real hardlink trades to build up pr.
