Truthfully I love all the events. Something about the Olympics brings it out. To many of these sports the Olympics is like the "superbowl" of those sports. USA players were great skaters but showed a real lack of scoring touch all tournament. high volume of shots but low scores. They were one of my favorite teams to watch play back then. Whenever they played the Russians it was always a very fast-moving technical/tactical game with less dirty stuff and more of the pure hockey, passing, puck-handling, all in a classic rivalry.
