Thanks.... Doing less sitting down at a computer and riding the exercise bike a lot more(a good book and time goes by fast) and slightly modifying my diet. Sitting down at a computer a lot for years really makes you gain weight I like working with computers, but I really do hate sitting down. Funny thing is that I belonged to a gym for 2 years(expired in October, was locked in for 2 years) and only went about 20 times(friend got me to join with him and then he got a job with odd hours, so I lost motivation) and I'm losing more weight at home then I did at the gym lol. I used to have a Bowflex, but didn't use it much and sold it. I want to get some machine for building muscle too, but a lot smaller than a Bowflex.
