This is the third day I have been using Ultram and it seems to be more effective now. I am taking one 50MG every four hours and the pain level, though still higher than on my normal days, is bearable. I guess it just took some time to build up in my system. It is not pleasant to be this uncomfortable. I am hoping it will soon run its course and I can go back to my normal pain level. I did get a few more hours of sleep today, before the pain woke me up again.
