$61!?! Wow you must be bade of money. SOmeday I hope my sites work out as well as yours obviously have.
J/K. DVD technology has set the record as the fatest dropping in price and has earned the greatest market share of any technology ever. And I thought the Comodore 64 was cool especially the way it too set records.
Same here, dirt cheap allthough I heard some storries about the ceap ones not playing copied dvd's to well
you sure it's not the opposite? in my experience, the cheaper ones are the most compatible.
four years ago, when most DVD players were still at least $200+, i picked one up for about $90 USD.
it plays just about anything i've thrown at it except for DivX and WMA files. it has no problems with copied media and a quick hack lets me play all regions, defeat macrovision, change the default background images, etc.
There's a lot of good stuff like that around on the auctions.. i think it's something to do with overstocking a product soon to be replaced by HDTV/Blue Ray (New DVD technology) players.. if you know where to look you can get some very nice stuff still under warranty in the box cheap enough to resell for a good profit.. i pity the people that get 1$/hr making the damn things.
