Perfectly fine I guess to sit for a bus or wait in traffic while a vehicle idles next to you dousing everything around it with gases that are way more harmful to you than have the chance a small bit of cigarette smoke will Carry in the breeze and come into your personal bubble.
While we are at this can we please ban a few more things. I know several people that will have dire harmful effects that could eventually kill them or at very least injure them.
Bumble bees - several people are deathly allergic.
Peanut eating in public. - friend broke out and got messed up by touching something that had peanut dust on it.
Loud motorcycles - Person I know that is around them often contributes his hearing loss to them, another person I know loud noises set off extreme migraines.
Combustion engines - they pollute after all.
Real sun light - Everywhere should be domed, it causes cancer and a few people are actually allergic to it.
Grasses & all pollen baring plants - again to many suffer.
All not healthy foods - Hey we are talking long term effects here.
Cellphones - They cause people to be rude and eventually someone may kill someone else because of it and well that's two lives wasted.
Fuck it, let em ban it. Just also let them not receive a cent from any taxes it collects. Everything else is hypocritical so why should we stop.
