Traveling ??

Hi

The last year has been really good for me and now I am at a stage where I would like to have a little fun. What I am thinking of doing is traveling for 2 years or so. Now I would hate to lose what I have built so I am looking for ways to keep it going while I am away, of course I could just travel for a few months before moving on and rent a house in that time, but this is not how I would like to travel I would rather take one day at a time and see where I end up. I know I can user internet cafes but I am not sure this wull work in te long run without getting in my way?

If anyone has traveled for a prolonged period how did you work it? any ideas would be great money is not a big problem but I can not afford to buy my own satellite quite yet

you will require a high speed laptop.. you will need to research connectivity where you plan to travel... don't forget the socket adapter thingy... stay in nice hotels that offer hispeed internet... if you stay in an apt. make sure it can have DSL/hispeed set up for you...

I will outsource some of my things but I make my real $$$ from stuff I could not or would not outsource. The hotels solution is good but I would like to go (most of the time) with a nearly maxed out Visa and just a few hundred in my pocket staying nice Hotels is not 100% what I want

But saying that does anyone have a good website that you can pre book hotels online?

a maxed out visa and a few hundred bucks wont buy you 1 day abroad, let alone 2 years... what are you talkin about?

Sorry kmanrox I did not explain that right when I say I want to travel with ' maxed out visa and a few hundred bucks ' I do not mean that will be all the money I will have but there will be times I will be walking into a local bar with only that in my pocket. I do have enough to spend the time doing whatever I want but I would like to spend some of the time on a low budget and this would mean spending time NOT spending lots of money.

All I am looking for is ways to travel and keep things running I love the feedback about hotels and hope it did not sound like I did not thank you

all you need is a laptop... there will always bee internet cafes you can use, if not every nice hotel has a business center with hispeed... just use that temporarily..

you wont be able to ruin you business using netcafe computers., plus they're filled with spyware/trojans etc... you need a laptop and then you'll be in business...

take your own laptop, to be safe from trojans, worms..etc...... make sure you have wireless, adaptors... very important you have all the different adaptors and coverters.. phone lines, power lines, and electricity vary in different countries.. be prepared
