It's ironic you started this thread. The other day Napolean and I were shopping and he saw a container of ice cream (Reese's peanut butter cup) in a part of the frozen aisle that it didn't belong and he wanted it. I stopped him and said "We'll get it from the ice cream aisle, you don't know how that got here."

I usually always put things back where they belong except sometimes you are forced to abandon things while you are on the checkout line. In my area, Super Walmart and other stores make you stand on line for a half hour or more because of slow cashiers, price checks, etc etc while your items are defrosting in your cart, you no longer want to even be in the store much less go all the way back to return an item, especially when its 95 degrees in the middle of July. In cases like that, I blame the store's poor management for people borderline "stealing" items.
