We're not talking about real negligence here where Dick was driving drunk and crashed his car. We're talking about grown men making a choice to do something that can be dangerous. Accidents happen, does not make it negligence. As posted above you're standing with a group of man all armed and firing, it is your responsibility to stay out of the line of fire as much as it is for the man firing the gun to clear his line of fire.

Oh I know it would never happen.. one could only wish. However looking at it technically he shouldn't have even been there hunting because he didn't have the "bird" hunting stamp on his license.
