webmasters who do big big numbers. If you think you are a player and can bring some heavy sales to www.videopasscash.com, I will entertain the idea of giving ownership of our company to a few heavy hitter webmasters.

Don't you ever sleep. You know I don't.
Sales, not sure if I do. But I know there are tons of webmasters out there that do. Keep it up, you will have a new partner in no time.

                    Great promo.

This is what I am thinking? Why would you want to give away ownership to your company unless there are financial issues? Not picking on you Marty, I am just curious as to why.

                                  FASTER GROWTH...

This company is VERY well funded, its just that webmasters don't like trying new things and/or it takes them a while before they do and I am a very impatient kind of guy so I want to see growth immediately and therefore I am very aggressive in my offers.

You will see that this will be the future in affiliate programs.

I think this is a great business model.

My brother uses a similiar approach with his consumer goods marketing company. He has excellent distribution access to Costco and Sam's Clubs. He searches for small start-ups or regional players. He repackages the products for warehouse sales. His company gets 5%-10% in the product maker and becomes the exclusive warehouse distributor. In return the start-up product company gets massive sales volume.

So explain to me why you would not give away anywhere from 20-30 percent of a start up company to a pool of webmasters that can generate 1200 sales a day for you?

Please do explain since you seem to think this is a bad idea, maybe you can open my eyes because i am so nieve.

Well, yes I think the idea is bad. Don't get med wrong if you can get enough webmasters to generate you 1200 sales a day (eh wow) then I would jump on that as well, hell give em 49% sit back and don't move a muscle, you're all set.

See that's kinda where the whole thing breaks down in my eyes. If people are good at generating traffic and even more important, good at converting said traffic into sales then why would they wanna settle for a small percentage of a big cake? To also hope the company will bring in more good webmasters and then THEY won't have to do anything eventually as well. That is what this is about as I see it. It's about getting others to to actually get you the money, you built it, but you need others to make them come.

You will make a partnership with some webmasters where you will blindfold yourself and fairly determine how big a piece of the pie they get, most likely based on a trial period. So then the deal is make, contract is made, the webmaster(s) is/are now entitled to a piece of your pie and here you would be stupid to allow this even if they can't meet their quota right?... Ok so the scenario is this, they will own a percentage as long as they can hold up their end of the bargain, so it's temporary anyways.

Tell you what these sale-makers should be doing instead. They should make their own sites based on what they know they can convert, send their own traffic to themselves and like you try to recruit webmasters ower time so they can one day relax. Heck, to ensure that, they could even offer big players a piece of their company to get them to send sales ;)

Have nothing against you mate, you have a standup program and no doubt I can't see the bigger picture. I just thought it would be fun to think this out in this direction ;)

                                                    Best of luck to you.

I believe webmasters are already doing everything i would have them commit to be doing in this deal anyhow, so why not have a peice of the pie?

You make it sound as if its any different then what every affiliate program is already doing, its not. The only difference is that you keep equity here.

Of course you would have to maintain a quota, if not, any one can come in by purchasing a few sales and have ownership.
