i'm going to tell him to nix the deal tomorrow. he owns a nanny cam site. it aggravates me that he's so cheap because for 2k, he could have a great site. god knows his ranking is good and he pays for top spots on google so....
you're right, it does sound like the teleteria scam.
we use a privae designer so i really don't know who is out there that i can recommend to him that is within his cheap budget.
