i'm looking for a hosting solution where i can unpark all my current domains and give them their own hosting account. do i have to get a dedicated server for this? i have about 60 or so domains and bandwidth needed is about 75-100gb/month.

You can do that on a virtual account - but with the amount of domains, I'd recommend going dedicated server.
I've got a few extra p3 1ghz boxes sitting around that I can let go for 65 USD/month with 500Gb of bandwidth
