oh yeah, as for the site.. I'd make the blue navigation menu on the left hand side larger. Make it easier for people to find what they're looking for... like "our sites" "sign up here" etc. But all in all it looks nice and professional.

It's crisp and balanced. For someone already in the program, it would be very easy to navigate I feel. For someone new, they are led right where they need to be to get signed up.
Depending on the user's screen size and resolution, however, they might be a little disappointed. I run a 19" at 1600x1200 and the thing only takes up maybe 3/5s of the width and 2/3s of the height of my screen. It would be nice to have more of a "digital experience" (I think that's the current buzzword) and have it fill up my browser when maximized. Obviously, you just got the new format launched, but something to think about for the future.
I also see how you put Hentai Movie Archive up at the top of the list of sites, probably because it is your newest site. I suppose a question to ask would be "who does the redesign cater to?" Is it the guy who has been with you for a while and is steadily producing, is it the guy who has been with you for a while and hasn't really moved on getting his sites and promotions cooking, or is it more geared towards the new guy who is looking for a program to sign up with. Obviously, you want to speak to all of them, and perhaps a few other demographics, but I would get into the mindset of each, determine their needs and expectations, and use that to drive refinements to the new format.

your eye goes all over the place, like a jigsaw puzzle looking to connect the array of pieces - the blue bar running across the site is broken up three times, it should be solid and the logo sit above that - you have the right pieces/pics but its not put together right nor do they connect - lose the little tabs on the left and right and the stripe where the menu is keep the nice grey bkrd - the join us should be dropped below the black bar and the pic with the flash made wider - the login and the money should be swaped and the money flipped so the curve is facing right and it should reach the top of the login and the almost touch the logo, the login should lose the black bar on top of it, .
the footer info in one table, centered and not split in half.

Nothing to add about the design but you got 7 paysites of wich 2 in the .com domain. Don't know why but i tend to only promote .com paysites, don't think there is anything wrong with other extentions though.Comment
