Alright, so I have hours and hours of footage of my exgirlfriend who I recently delt with cheating on me, well kinda, long story. Anyway, I want to put this footage out there and I'm wondering about the legalities of doing so. She was 18+ in all the footage, she knew she was being videotaped (posing for the camera, setting it up, etc..), it was in my house, my camera, my tape. Only thing I'm worried about is she may counter with us having sexual relations when she was underage (I was only 19 so don't give me shit). Give me some input.

I had a similiar situation like this a few years ago.
This girl pissed one of my friends off and he was able to obtain footage of her stripping.
To make a long story short her made fliers of vid caps from the video and passed them all around the campus, @ local clubs and of course her dorm.
He was arrested and charged with some type of criminal stalking *BECAUSE* he had her real name, phone number, address and email address.
In the state of Oklahoma whatever he did was damn near as bad as murder. His lawyer told him that if he hadn't have put her real info on the fliers then he would not have been facing a felony.Comment
