My claims an be proven without shadow of doubt. I have a stack of cancelled checks made out to Arnold for invoices that should have been paid to me in which I also have affidavits from custmers stating Arnold said to pay him as the titles were his. He even listed himself as the producer of my titles on his wesite til I told him to take it down.
A direct quote from him when I was asking where my money was is 'THE NORMAL TIME FRAME TO BE PAID FOR DVD SALES IS 180 DAYS"
