I don't know of any dyes that last a day or so but you can dye it then bleach it and dye it back without killing your hair too badly.Originally posted by A1R3K

If you want it to be BRIGHT, then you have to bleach your hair (x2). Then, you'd have to bleach it again afterwards (Your hair will be DRY and brittle). If you want one night, I would look into a spray on and try it ahead of time. Your hair is dark so it would have to be VERY opaque. Maybe wig would be better. yeah, good call. i think i am gonna go to robert cromeans inside mandalay and get a spa package on wednesday and just let them do what they want to it. i wanna do something normal and expected by me. i do stuff like this lots. people expect me to do strange things. to me these things are normal, but people seem to get a kick out of them. excellent plan for the hair colouring! i am totally down with bright bright blue, i think it's one of the best for boys. :D
also i highly recommend against manic panic and for Raw or Special Effects colours, they last significantly longer and they squeeze out of a bottle.
can't wait to see!

if you only want a one-night thing, you can buy cans of coloured hair spray for about $10 and they'll be really bright. you can probably pick em up at the drugstore for about $5-$10 a can.
i used to buy em when i went to raves. spray it on the night before and it washes out easily with a nice long shower.
