Any designers out there that are fully capable of making banners and other types of graphic design work? Do you have a portfolio and are really fluent with photoshop, not a beginer?

I have regular jobs that need to get done, just looking for reliability now, need someone who is quick and knows what they are doing. No time to chase anyone around for completed work. Must respect deadlines and not take days for small jobs such as banners etc.

Must be available online via icq/msn on a regular basis, if you are hardly online do not bother to reply please.
