Purchase traffic (I would recommend www.traffic-out.com).

They have QUALITY traffic, but comes in a bit slow.

I would buy traffic and feed the site for 2-3 weeks and build trades, then start trading with larger sites.

make some promo galleries for TGP's and submit them using Chameleon Submitter (place your own recip on your galleries with 2 other TGP recips) and submit 2 galleries a day. you'll start to not only get a shit load of free traffic, but SE's will pick it up as well.
