ive tried with 3 computers now - two PCs and a mac and I cannot get the movies to open.

i bet 2 bucks that they are using the xVID codec which, if true, is nice for people like me, but stupid for the majority. encoded videos got nothing on a tour page

if a mac and a pc - right out the box CANNOT view the trailers - and somehow they MAKE MONEY - can you IMAGINE how much money they would make if they had trailers in WMV or MPG

it almost makes one cry how much money they are loosing thinging they are being smart

amazing content - sold as video - and the viseo DOESN'T work.

must kill 85% of the sales

Its using the DivX codec. They play fine for me. I just happen to have the codec on this machine already.But yeah wmv or mpg would have been a better choice for sure.

Yeah, they use a weird combination of MPG for clips and AVI for the full. I'm pretty sure it was 3ivx or xvid, but it sure was fucked. I stopped promoting them because of the conversion issues i was having.

That is not correct. The members area's are either in mpeg or wmv.

Damn that sucks, I get "error downloading codec" in my player when I try to watch it and then just get the visualisations. The videos look good too, I wonder if they are seeing this thread, but hell yeah their joins have to fucked because of this for sure.

That's hot! One of them downloaded and then Winamp promptly crashed, and then M$ error reporting crashed while trying to report the crash. Fuck that shit.
