It's a known fact that Bush's grandparents (or whatever) had done business with Nazi Germany. However sick this may seem now sixty years after the fact, President Bush isn't liable for any of this.
My Grandmother's entire family was murdered by the Nazis and her house burned down. The only people liable for this are the Nazis, and they are all dead. Sorry, something really bad happened to you, but there is nothing you can do for it - and NO ONE in the United States is liable.
