Old Pueblo Ripping off Studios again evenryone Beware.

This was up before from Joe from AMA. We got hosed by this guy also and he did it tous again. Our studio Club Summer Haze Productions is our DVD release studio. I get a call from 2 VOD companies that Old Pubelo sent them my movies saying he owned them and wanted to VOD them, not bad thougt i owned my movies. He pulled this stund once before but this time not only did he send 1 copy he sent 5 copies and not only mine he sadi he owned he sent Peter Frost from Asian Bootleg, Riccardos stuff from DANE as well as a few others.

But again im the asshole with the stack of bad checks from this looser as well. And this guy says he is sueing me and i have the same fake restraining order against me as Joe does.Dont quote me on this but i think he still owes Pink Visual,Clown Porn and a few others a nice bit of change.

Its pretty bad when someone like this is still in biz and people still are getting burned by him

Ya kinda figure he hasnt had my product in a year. When did it come from unless he is ripping it or held units back. I have filed 3 cease and disist orders with no response. His addy isnt even valid. When i paid him a visit in Tuscon he was in a 400.00 apt. in the getto of course biz wiht him stopped shortly after.

I got fax from VOD company Canada with a signed contract by Arnold saying he owned 6 of my titles and had the right to give to them for VOD.He sent them 5 copies of each title. He has fucked himself royally as now he committed a federal crime by sending across a border.
Arnold Stein WILL be going to jail.

I told ya Joe. I am awaitng our euro cell company to give me the final report on mine and your stuff Arnie has ripped off. I aksed Gene ross to run to VOD story but i guess you got your paperwork in before mine so tell him he willrunit. Arnold did this to me twice with hotmovies and AEBN. He is even doing it to the clients he stole from me and these moreons saw him rip me off then went and signed up for a dist. deal with him directly. talk about dumbfucks.

I have done business with Arnold several times and still do. He has been purchasing SoBeGirl DVDs for 9 dollars each for more than a year now. I have always been paid by Arnold and have made a lot of contacts through him.

Let me list two that have been most helpful and profitable for me

Fact is when people in this industry bring up AMA content Summer Haze is never far behind. I think it is funny that just a few weeks ago AMA was crying about Arnold, and now you start another thread about the same thing. I am just here to provide a fair and balanced view and tell folks that We deal with old pueblo and we get paid and never had a problem.. AMA however has problems with many people and will always have problems becuase of the low handed dishonest way he does business.

summer haze is a hottie that is for sure. Hey valentine, I have no direct knowledge of you or your wife. I have only "heard" some things that were not very postive from more than one distributor that has delt with her or you. I can tell you the distributor name if you wish so you can contact them directly and work things out. Many times people have issues with others just becuase there is a lack of communication or understanding.

Like any start up business he has had his share of financial and other issues. On the positive side; we have been nominated for an AVN award, marketed a highly successful top selling series and been able to move more of my units than my previous distributors.

Arnold has always admitted that he owes me money and has tried his best to pay me. The distribution business is very tough, just look at all of all the companies that go out of business every year. No WRONG this belongs public so people can see what they are doing. Dont give me the start up company bullshit woes when:

A - he collected monies from my product that I sent out telling people it was his product and they should pay him. And I have legal affidavits to that fact. When I was initially asking for my money he stated " PEOPLE GENERALLY TAKE 6 MONTHS TO PAY"- Bullshit , he was paid, and I have cancelled checks to the fact paid to him for my invoices.

B - He sent my dvds across border to be used on PPV, VOD telling client they were his DVDS. I got copy of signed contract by Arnold hmself saying that.

C - Also under investigation is him sending my content overseas for distribution there.

So say all the crap you want , Arnold Stein is an outright Thief, sort of the dvd version of SOBE GIRL. Unfortunately Ive been burned by both.

If you truly have are having legal proceeding with Arnold Stein, and/or Old Pueblo, I am sure that your attorney would advise to bring up the points you mentioned in a court of law

By making statements against him, and his company, without showing any proof, you are opening yourself up to a libel suite. I can't imagine that your attorney would advise you to bring up a potential litigious lawsuit on the this board.

These are all serious charges that you are making and should be handled in the proper lega channels, not on a webmaster chat board. I can empathize that you are very upset, but this is not the time or place to bring up these acquisitions.

if he's passing you bad checks you know you can call the police on him... whatever town the checks are from call the local police give them the asshats name and let them handle it they'll put a warrant out for his arrest i had some asshole pulling that type of shit with me last week called the police in boston they put a warrant out for his arrest... i'm taking his ass to small claims court wasn't a ton of money but worth it enough to take his ass to court...

Ok dan you need to take a step back. You told me arnold has never paid you. You knew he was a putts. I didnt see you on the AVN awards list. Saw myself. Also wonderman let me see, i dont talk to dist companies nor does Summer do i would like the list of the ones that have issue with us. It was strange that GVD did not want to take our videos when arnold reped the nor did Golie but Spallone placed a call that we were bening dist from some else and they placed a nice order.

As far as the bad checks we have sent them to AZ since arnold has moved and the company is not in his name we had to re-file the case. The emails i have from him as not getting paid, he didnt collect, the bank teller stole the money, he sent the wire but the done give confirmeation, the bank manager cashed an old check, Adam and Eves check bounce "yeah right" or the best some " someone else cashed a check and took your money out of the account". i have all the emails logged with his IP. and wonderman i await your list.

The first thread on this someone else who said Arnie wasnt that bad but then in the same breath said a checked bounced. I dont get how you can trust someone who is not showing you profit and just giving you reasons why things are not what they promised you?

I for one am happy that this thread is here. I know and trust Joe from AMA, he has always done right by me and I also have met Arnold. I have had several people ask me about Arnold since we are in the same city and in the past said I have never heard anything negative. In fact I was going to contact him about distibuting some videos, I will now stop, wait and listen. This is the type of thread that makes the daily trip to GFY useful.

I have had several people ask me about Arnold since we are in the same city and in the past said I have never heard anything negative. In fact I was going to contact him about distibuting some videos, I will now stop, wait and listen. This is the type of thread that makes the daily trip to GFY useful.

I see once again you have that steady camera hand with the lavish set you always use. I remember i been there. Sort of the crack head apt in the shit part of southbeach. Um and yes I would constitute that thing you shot a beach wash up.
