By making statements against him, and his company, without showing any proof, you are opening yourself up to a libel suite. I can't imagine that your attorney would advise you to bring up a potential litigious lawsuit on the this board.
These are all serious charges that you are making and should be handled in the proper lega channels, not on a webmaster chat board. I can empathize that you are very upset, but this is not the time or place to bring up these acquisitions.

Ok dan you need to take a step back. You told me arnold has never paid you. You knew he was a putts. I didnt see you on the AVN awards list. Saw myself. Also wonderman let me see, i dont talk to dist companies nor does Summer do i would like the list of the ones that have issue with us. It was strange that GVD did not want to take our videos when arnold reped the nor did Golie but Spallone placed a call that we were bening dist from some else and they placed a nice order.
As far as the bad checks we have sent them to AZ since arnold has moved and the company is not in his name we had to re-file the case. The emails i have from him as not getting paid, he didnt collect, the bank teller stole the money, he sent the wire but the done give confirmeation, the bank manager cashed an old check, Adam and Eves check bounce "yeah right" or the best some " someone else cashed a check and took your money out of the account". i have all the emails logged with his IP. and wonderman i await your list.
