If you truly have are having legal proceeding with Arnold Stein, and/or Old Pueblo, I am sure that your attorney would advise to bring up the points you mentioned in a court of law

By making statements against him, and his company, without showing any proof, you are opening yourself up to a libel suite. I can't imagine that your attorney would advise you to bring up a potential litigious lawsuit on the this board.

These are all serious charges that you are making and should be handled in the proper lega channels, not on a webmaster chat board. I can empathize that you are very upset, but this is not the time or place to bring up these acquisitions.
