moneymaker_ro, thats is not so simple as you think. First of all you should make a well developed site and after 2-3 years of succesful work maybe you can start offering something to parties as you said.
Make a site and try to get something from advertising. Banners etc.

We will never see how it could be worth anything partly because Romania is a very different culture. So if you have something of value we can not see the value. Why not talk to some big Romanian webmasters or even try to convince a bank? Your idea is mainstream and not adult. If it really has value you should be able to convince a bank to invest.
