Bus Drivers at least here in canada have to go through extensive training not just for driving the vehical but on how to handle people everyday.
I was hired by our Transit System here in Toronto and decided to turn down the job......Drivers here do not have to stand for being talked down to but at the same time he should have known better and parked the bus and called for assistance if he was being abused by this person.
