Mach 3 does shit for me and I end up with a dome of velcro...

I use disposable twin blade Gillette Blue II Plus.

They are the ONLY razor that does my head.

If they stop making them I may have to grow hair back.

gotta go with a double blade triple works but got the tip from Jstyles actually. Use the old sensor 2 blade. Don't shave your face with it though it will dull the fuck out of the blade.
