averaged 717 uniques a day during the week, and averaged 628 uniques
a day on the weekends.

With a non adult Oingo (google) PPC landing page it averaged $48.39 a day
during the week and $42.86 on the weekends.

I can verify the traffic levels, but can not independently verify the
claimed income.

There is currently a tentative offer of $55,000 and additional interest in this domain.

If i owned it, i don't know that i'd develop it into an MGP. But if i were to, it wouldn't be about the 750 uniques. Those hits are too small to mean anything traffic wise, but it's a good indication of how popular a site like that could be. Clips.com would be an instantly recognizeable brand if it was developed properly. If it was done right, there would be people coming back all the time.

Making a copy of a copy of a concept wouldn't be the way to go ... design something original . and 750 uniques daily on a 1/3 bookmark rate grows really fast if you add 10 % skim
