half hour on hold might be better than a week of waiting and not knowing if you will get paid or not

I've never had to wait longer than 5 seconds on the phone, they asnwer isntantly when I call. Try emailing, or call again.

Several thousand percent over the minimum -

Spoke to Paul and was assured everything was ok ccbilll's end and then contacted the bank - Problem found and then sorted.

Having been with ccbill since a few weeks after they started, this is the first wayward payment from them - And - As I suspected, it wasn't their fault. My original post is most certainly not bashing ccbill in any way.

My wires are always paid in on a Monday but I often see them showing as uncleared for a couple of days after in my stats.. I know the money is there as I've spent it.. LOL
