I do believe it was "faked". In the first couple of pictures you see just the head popping out.
I think the body in these first pics has been removed, and only the neck is protruding into her crotch.
The next shot which shows the baby emerging from her wombus shows just the doll's feet dangling in her snatch.
There is no clear shot of the doll's body deep within her. Perhaps one does exist, but based on these particular photos I'm calling trickery.
