If you're in windows.. go to (Start) (Run)

        type (cmd)

        it opens a black box

then type "tracert (hostname or ip)"

            Get a command prompt up.

            Start - Run CMD

            at the command prompt

            tracert mydomain.com

The output will be every router hop the packets make between your IP address and the destination.

            Hope this helps!

Get a pencil and some really thin paper, tape it to your screen and trace all you want! Or you could try Neotrace Pro

I used it to trace a hacker almost to his front fucking DOOR.

tracert.com is good if you are looking for stuff from points other than your own. tracert in dos is the way to do it from your box.

There is also a program called Visual Route Pro that will combine the two
