So, here's the story:
Recently, I've discovered that I don't achieve a lot in life because of my low low low willpower level. My studies, work, all life would be much more attractive if I would put more efforts into it.
Possible solution:
Exercises for willpower. This is what I'll do and tommorow I will take a few little steps for gaining ultra willpower. That means, that tommorow I won't smoke, will work actively for 3 hours and study sincerely for 2 hours. That's all! Sounds easy right?
Have you tried anything like this? Please share your experiences with me.

It's much easier to stay motivated if you set a lot of smaller goals than one big one. "work actively for 3 hours" sounds great, but ultimately you end up unfocused and not very productive. Ditto for projects like "produce site ABC". I find it much easier to break it down into several smaller steps, complete with a checklist. That way you (1) don't feel overwhelmed by the task at hand and (2) give yourself constant 'rewards' by checking off things you get accomplished, even if they are smaller steps.
