so I was turning into a taco bell...
some guy backs up into my rear driver seat door, fucked it up, it's gonna cost 3k to fix..this was at a stop light...so I should'nt be expecting hte guy to backup when he's already stopped.
so, the progressive lady finally calls me back and tells me that I was I didn't have "proper lookout" IE I didn't fucking look back at a stop light...how many people do that? How was I suppose to expect someone to backup when the cars were already stopped at the stop light?
she said the damage was only 1.4k and NOW THEY"ll ONLY PAY 50% SINCE IT's partly my FUCKING FAULT??? WTF?
